Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. Our maritime, hygge apartment is located in the attic of a historic building in Rendsburg's old town. The marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping are very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.
