Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

Sie liegt direkt am Bordesholmer See. Die Terrasse und den Garten kann man mitbenutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fusswegentfernung. Hunde sind willkommen. Ein idealer Standort zum (Rad)-Wandern, Ausflüge an Nord- und Ostsee oder Shoppen in Kiel und Neumünster.

Ein wunderschönes Hamburg nahes Endreihenhaus in ruhiger Sackgassenlage mit großzügigem Garten, zwei Terrassen und zusätzlich einer überdachten Sitz/Eßgelegenheit . Die hellen und modernen Räume sind sehr gemütlich und laden zum Verweilen ein. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Schlafräume alle über Treppen zu erreichen sind. Das Naturschutzgebiet mit einem großen Spielplatz, sowie die Holstentherme sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Flughafen HH ist in ca. 25 Minuten per Auto erreichbar.

In unserer gemütlichen Imme mit Blick ins Grüne kann man herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Das kleine aber feine Holzhaus besticht durch den Bambusparkettboden und die großzügige Terrasse. Achtung Einschränkung: Das D1 Handynetz ist bei uns so gut wie nicht verfügbar. Neben einer Filterkaffemaschiene befindet sich in der Küche auch eine Senseo Kaffepadmaschine. Eine 11KW Wallbox zum Laden eures Elektroautos steht auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung (Abgerechnet wird der Strom mit uns)
