From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10-minute walk to the city center's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and there is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which has a huge sleeping loft.

Beautiful villa near beach.

Beautiful and stylish villa just a 5 minute walk from the children friendly Risskov beach - and just 10 km from the city of Aarhus. The villa has a big private garden and different terraces, with lounge sofas and sun all day long. There is a big trampoline for the kids to play - and even a bonfire to make marshmellows. The House has 3 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms with views over the quiet area, 1 big bathroom, 2 toilets and a kitchen. All very stylish furnished and with lots of sunlight.

The clear turquoise water reflects sunlight, creating a shimmering effect. A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, dotted with visitors enjoying the sun. Trees and greenery frame the beach area, contributing to the natural landscape.
