Located 30 meters from quiet beach in fashionable neighborhood 10 km from downtown Aarhus. Perfect for sailors looking to be near the marina or anyone fond of the beach. You can use our stand-up paddleboard(s) on request, free of charge. There are also two flatscreen TV’s, PlayStation, Netflix, and board games to keep you entertained on a rainy day. Beautiful villa near beach.

Beautiful and stylish villa just a 5 minute walk from the children friendly Risskov beach - and just 10 km from the city of Aarhus. The villa has a big private garden and different terraces, with lounge sofas and sun all day long. There is a big trampoline for the kids to play - and even a bonfire to make marshmellows. The House has 3 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms with views over the quiet area, 1 big bathroom, 2 toilets and a kitchen. All very stylish furnished and with lots of sunlight.

The clear turquoise water reflects sunlight, creating a shimmering effect. A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, dotted with visitors enjoying the sun. Trees and greenery frame the beach area, contributing to the natural landscape.

A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)
