Charming cabin on Lake Martin – Great lake views with windows everywhere. Light an airy. This waterfront property comes with a large deck, private dock and floating dock steps from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths / a very open kitchen and living area. Master Bedroom with doors to the deck. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Screened in porch with table and chairs. The deck is new February 2023. We have renovated the half bath and new sewage system. New boat house and pier 11/2023

It's a double-dog trot home built over 100 years ago & was originally part of a 600-acre farm. The entrance for the living/dining room, & kitchen is located on the back of the home. The shared entrance for the 2 separate bedrooms (1 King/2 Twin) & a bathroom is located at the front of the home. The 3rd bedroom (1 Queen) with its own full bath & private entrance is across the hall.

There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are three with “KBE Private Property” signs and a small beach area with a bench to sit down and enjoy the water.
