Here, the soul can rest. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, where we have lived for 25 years. It's the living room of a small abandoned farm. We have converted the largest part of the attic into a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north, there is a fantastic view of our nearest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradises, and to the west, there is a view of the Little Belt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

Here you can spend the night in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cottage gently and rustically renovated with respect for the house's unique history and soul. From the garden, you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cottage is 56 m2 and contains an entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms with a total of four beds. Welcome to my little sanctuary, which I own with my son and daughter. Here you have nature very close with forest, water and open sky. There are two beds and room for bedding for two more people in the living room. The house has everything, but remember to bring your own bed linen! The area is very suitable for cycling or hiking in the beautiful southern Funen nature. Shopping is within a short distance by car. Town atmosphere and good restaurants can be found in both Assens and Faaborg, both of which are about 17 km away.

It is only a 15-minute drive to Faaborg with Svanninge hills, mountains, bike paths and beach - close to Egeskov Castle. Brobyværk Kro is only 3 km away and shopping as well. 15 minutes to the highway.
