Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

Looking for seclusion? How about relaxing in a hot tub on a cliff?! Romance on the Rocks rests on and between HUGE BOULDERS providing an intimate and private setting. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below. This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.
