In 2021, we renovated our village house with space for 5 guests (plus toddler) with a lot of love and stylishly furnished. Families, nature lovers, active vacationers or those looking for a break will get their money's worth here! Whether swimming in crystal clear water in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lounging in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Ferienhaus Liwi

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Here you slow down already on the way to the property, because our forest house will welcome you with wonderful silence, the freshness of the forest, the scent of pine trees, sunny resting and lying places and a large but well-kept natural garden. Sheltered in a peaceful village location, the property borders directly to the north on an extensive nature reserve with shady mixed and coniferous forest, streams, meadow paths and enchanted moors.

Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also a flat-screen TV. Welcome to our small and lovingly furnished thatched cottage "Kleine Auszeit." Here between the moor and the Elbe, you can really enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.
