Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. Enjoy a stylish experience at this comfortable and centrally-located historic home with hardwood floors, and a modern kitchen. Great outdoor Tucson living with a gas fire pit, patio couches, BBQ, bar, and hot tub (due to extreme summer heat, the hot tub is available October-May). Very quiet neighborhood close to 4th Ave and the U of A. Your friendly hostess, Sandra, lives in a private studio in the back.
