Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Great for Couples who want some free time, or mothers with a child or two who love to swim, explore, and play in tree houses. Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park.
