Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

The home was built in the 1930s, and features thick mud adobe walls, high shiplap ceilings, and builtin features not found in modern homes. The home has been renovated with new flooring, a new kitchen, and appliances. The home also features a great covered front porch that I love to eat and read out on. Enjoy a stylish experience at this comfortable and centrally-located historic home with hardwood floors, and a modern kitchen. Great outdoor Tucson living with a gas fire pit, patio couches, BBQ, bar, and hot tub (due to extreme summer heat, the hot tub is available October-May). Very quiet neighborhood close to 4th Ave and the U of A. Your friendly hostess, Sandra, lives in a private studio in the back.
