In addition to the 1 queen bed, there is a pull out queen couch for additional guests, allowing 4 people total. Recently completely remodeled. Full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove, Caesarstone countertops, subway tile backsplash and a lovely farm sink. Front patio and back patios offer options for enjoying the great outdoors in Colorado. The cottage is 500 sq ft total.

Cozy Solar Cottage on the West Side

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.

The historic Sinton Dairy was owned by the Sinton family in the early 1900s. This cottage was the original hose house and is located behind the main home on the property. It has been transformed into a beautiful fabulously furnished one bedroom cottage, complete with a full bath and fully stocked kitchen. Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
