Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential area. The terrace belonging to the apartment with a view of the countryside is for you alone to relax. Located at the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

The bright, friendly apartment is included Balcony approx. 40 sqm, 1st floor, 1 living room with open kitchen-dining area, 1 bedrooms, shower/WC, south-facing balcony. A swimming pool and sauna are located in the complex. You can walk about 200 meters to the beach. The damage caused by the storm surge in the autumn of 2023 in the beach area has been eliminated. Cozy annex/backhouse with a private living area, sleeping space, and kitchenette – perfect for relaxation. Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need. It is located in the heart of Süderbrarup and every shopping area is within 1-5 minutes' walk. The train station is only 4 minutes to walk to. From there you can quickly get to Flensburg or, if you want to go in the other direction, also in Eckernförde or Kiel.

Nature, tranquility and leisure fun: The Reetdachkate Revkuhl captivates with its enchanted garden, with a small, not fenced pond, and the proximity to both the Baltic Sea (8 minutes by bike) and the nature reserve Schwansener See.
