Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

A bright living area features a light-colored shelving unit filled with books and decorative items. A flat-screen television is positioned on a simple wooden table. Natural light enters through large glass doors, offering a view of the outdoor terrace and garden.

Own entrance, terrace, garden, car park in the forecourt. Location in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wentorf. From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer and ironing board, Internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding highways. Unfortunately, the railway line is currently closed. Please ask the DB if necessary.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. We recently moved to Wohltorf with our family and are now renting out our beautiful, quiet and renovated granny apartment. Wohltorf is located in the beautiful Sachsenwald. It is only a few minutes' walk to the forest. Nearby is the Tonteichbad. The S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away and you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 28 minutes. Reinbek and Bergedorf can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Here you are in the middle of nature.
