The fully furnished apartment is a studio with open plan living, dining, dining and kitchen area. A TV, WiFi and DVD complete the offer. In the house, which is 200 m from the promenade, there is also a swimming pool for the residents and guests, a table tennis room, sun terraces and washrooms.
