Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80 breitem Doppelbett bzw. zwei separaten Einzelbetten. Zur Wohnung gehört ein reservierter Stellplatz mit eigener 22kW-Wallbox, die Wohnanlage wird über eine hauseigene Photovoltaikanlage nachhaltig mit Eigenstrom versorgt. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über einen großen, einfach über eine Rampe zu erreichenden Fahrradkeller, in dem mitgebrachte Räder sicher und trocken untergestellt werden können. Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

BehrenSCHLAF I vacation home

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Surfboard Room 3 Dike View

If you like camping, but don't feel like a tent, you can rent our surfboard room, on the campsite "De Lütte Danziger" in Dahme an der Ostsee, directly on the dike. Each room is about 12 m² and has a 1.40 m bed and a sofa, a mini fridge and a capsule coffee machine. The rooms do not have their own bathroom, but our sanitary house is freely available to you (about 30 m from the cottage). Pets are allowed in some rooms.

Wooden vacation home Feldrain sauna, 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach

The house "Feldrain" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Apartment for two people

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 min from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are available once per stay. Clock tax 2€ per day and person to be paid directly at the beach. Bicycle rental for two persons possible (no e-bike). Charging station for E cars available and available for a fee.

New, modern apartment between forest and sea

This apartment was newly built and furnished in 2022. Our farm is located off the main road, very quiet and idyllic surrounded by meadows and forest. It is about 6 km to the Baltic Sea, Grömitz. You can shop in our Regiomaten or in the surrounding towns of Lensahn, Grömitz. In the season from June, we operate a farm shop where fresh vegetables from our own production are offered.
