Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people.
