The bottom mattress is a queen & top is a twin. 39” Smart TV. -Bedroom #2:Queen bed. 39” Smart TV. -Detached Game room: Has a Queen size sleeper sofa & a full bathroom. Small refrigerator & basic kitchen. The condo has a a beautiful view It is close to Coastal Carolina U. Grand Strand Mall, Cal Ripken baseball complex, Market Commons (softball), Broadway at the Beach, Golf, 10 minutes from the airport,12-15 minutes from the beaches ( outlets ) No nightlife or parking problems. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old
