Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

The Harbor House is located in the heart of the Ashtabula Harbor and with a few steps you will be on Bridge Street. Our newly renovated house has 2 Bedrooms, a den (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio.

Our vintage cottage in a lakeside community is a great place to relax. Just 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake and one mile from downtown Edinboro. In the summer, enjoy boating, fishing, park/playgrounds nearby. In the winter, there is skiing, ice fishing or just curl up near the fire and enjoy the coziness of the cottage while watching the snow fall!

Open, 1700 sq. ft. second floor apartment, private entrance. 2 decks facing the lake from back of the home. Apartment does not have lake view but 2 decks are yours to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. Unit is totally independent of home---separate entrance, AC/Heater, water tank.
