Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Enjoy this quaint 1 BR apartment in a family neighborhood in the Tree Streets historic district. The space is newly renovated, full of light, and is completely private and quiet - with an extra sleeper sofa. On the second floor. A short walk to the heart of JC or to the ETSU campus. This space is perfect for a single person, or a couple traveling with or without a child, and has everything you need to settle in for a night or two, or a week or two. Easy in, easy out. Private patio and grill.

Mountain View Cottage in East Tennessee

If you're a remote worker, traveling RN, or need a base while you look for property (Aaron is a licensed TN realtor), this cozy cottage will be your respite. This cottage has a peaceful country setting but is close to the tri-cities. From the front porch, you’ll see a gorgeous mountain view! Mid-term rentals are preferred, but short-term rentals are considered. We strongly encourage purchasing AirBnB Insurance because we do not do refunds for cancellations. Dogs are considered, but no cats.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in our historic country farmhouse just 15 minutes from exciting sites such as Margarette Falls and Pete's Branch Falls! Less than 2 miles from the Nolichuckey River. We are located 10 miles from downtown Greeneville, home of the 17th president, Andrew Johnson. Our newly renovated home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a cozy living area. There is plenty of parking. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the back porch and keep your eyes open for abundant wildlife!

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

This unique tiny house has been lovingly transformed from a former fabric shop into a cozy retreat. Featuring welcoming windows that invite natural light and a wide front porch that provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the East Tennessee mountains. Situated in a vibrant community near Tusculum College and the local hospital, this quaint little jewel is also just a short distance from local shops, cafes, and parks.

Cozy mountain cabin, basic, simple, and relaxing!

"Rustic cabin located on a short walk from the Appalachian Trail surrounded by national forest and isolated. The cabin has a gas fireplace for heat and relaxation and a fire pit to relax outside. The loft has plenty of room with a full size bed and a single twin on main level. The cabin is set up as a getaway, there is no cell service but satellite wifi is available and a smart TV, not high tech but you can communicate with the outside world.

Hannah’s Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!
