It is perfect for a SOLO trip or a loving couple. Self-Check-In, Amenities such coffee maker with coffee and sugar, microwave, mini fridge, bread toaster, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, Parking for up to 2 cars, AC mini split unit, and private entrance/access. (Our suite is inside of the house separate by a wall, you may hear noise)

Quiet deck for relaxing. Private entrance. Carport space for one vehicle. Rate for one guest only. Added, reduced fee for each guest after the first. Security cameras are on the exterior. Airbnb policy does not allow third party booking for friends or family. Person who books must be one of the guests.

We are in the country & only 5 miles to Walmart & restaurants. I24 is about 9 miles.

In this space you will have free on site parking in driveway and garage, outdoor area with fire pit, indoor electric fireplace, washer and dryer and WiFi. Handicap friendly space. You'll love your stay at our 10 acre working farm that backs up to the Stones River National Battlefield. A comfortable stay in a private suite attached to our home. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view of the gardens and farm animals! While we are a working farm, our location is amazingly convenient to all that Murfreesboro has to offer. 1 mile from Stones River Battlefield, Embassy Suites Convention Ctr, Avenue outdoor shopping mall, many restaurants and Interstate 24!

Our 2nd floor apartment is a detached 600sq.ft living space over a 2 car garage. We built this apartment by ourselves in 2012. This space is not lived in by us. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.
