This bright, newly-renovated apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a lovely open-plan living space, with a kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The location is ideal for exploring Madrid on foot, and is very near the bustling areas of Sol, Chueca, Huertas and Malasaña, all full of great things to see and top bars and restaurants. Great transport links mean that you can get around the city quickly and cheaply.

Calatrava II - Darya Living

Ideal apartment which, along with the whole building, has been refurbished in 2022, keeping its original essence from when it was first built in the year 1600. It has been decorated by a team of interior designers and equipped with much detail to give the best experience and rest for our guests, either for work or vacation. It has heating and radiant floors, AC, Smart TV, high speed Wi-fi and a totally equipped kitchen. The building also has a very special backyard for our guests.

Acogedor Estudio cerca del Estadio Bernabéu

Estudio muy luminoso, totalmente amueblado, con grandes armarios y una cómoda cama de 140x200 cm. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor y radiador de toallero en cuarto de baño. Ubicado en una entreplanta del primer piso, sin ascensor. Hay que subir dos pequeñas hileras de escaleras para llegar, reflejadas en las fotografías. Con estilo, bien equipado y bien comunicado, para una visita de vacación o de trabajo en Madrid. Confort en una de las zonas más exclusivas de la ciudad.
