Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.

Loft en estado IMPECABLE en barrio cercano al centro, seguro y tranquilo, con todos los servicios próximos y a solo 3 minutos andando del barrio de Salamanca. Está recién construido con mucho mimo y detalle y totalmente equipado y funcional. Es un lugar realmente acogedor para una pareja. Muy bien comunicado y con mucho encanto. No está permitido hacer fiestas.
