Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
