What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

The cabin is 10 minutes from the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, 10 minutes from cross-country/snowshoeing/snowmobile trails, 2 minutes from mountain lakes (for boating, fishing, and skiing), 25 minutes from Ski Granby, and 40 minutes from Winter Park Ski. This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!

Welcome to our charming tiny cabin on the river! No really...it's tiny. Like 140sqft TINY! If you're looking for a cozy retreat, you've found it. Although the cabin is small, the 220sqft patio overlooking the river will not disappoint. Our intimate cabin offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, with the added luxury of a private hot tub. The space has been thoughtfully designed in order to maximize the square footage!

Cozy 1 bedroom Granby Ranch condo

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
