Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Just a short walk to everything CB has to offer- restaurants, bars, ocean, greenway, farmers market at the lake, and the boardwalk. You literally will not find a better spot to be! You will love staying here because of the amenities, the updated space, and the view! Please no golf carts on the property, as they will be towed.
