Auszeit im alten Land

Diese ca. 50qm große Wohnung befindet sich in Buxtehude Neuland, direkt am Rande des alten Landes. Fahrradausflüge durch das alte Land oder einen Bummel durch die ca. 1,3km entfernte Buxtehuder Altstadt sind von hier aus jederzeit möglich. Nach Hamburg kommt man bequem mit der S-Bahn, die circa 3 km von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Von Finkenwerder kann man gut mit der HVV Fähre zu den Landungsbrücken übersetzen, bis Finkenwerder sind es circa 12 km. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in ca. 1,5km.

Ferienwohnung Paula - Kirchturmblick und Stadtnähe

Die Ferienwohnung Paula befindet sich in Altstadtnähe und eignet sich ideal, um von hier aus Touren ins Alte Land zu starten oder Buxtehude besser kennenzulernen. Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert und hat eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler (und Blick auf den Buxtehuder Kirchturm), ein Bad, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-/Esszimmer. Das Haus hat eine Garage für Fahrräder und das Auto kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss mit einer steilen Treppe.

Alte Schule Buxtehude Daensen

Die 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung wurde 2022 aufwendig umgebaut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie ist dreigeschossig, wobei sich der gemütliche Wohn- und Küchenteil im Erdgeschoss befindet. Im Erdgeschoss liegt das Bad mit einem Kronleuchter und einer großen, freistehender Badewanne. Im ersten Obergeschoss ist das Hauptschlafzimmer, das mit einem großen Doppelbett und einem ausklappbaren Sofa ausgestattet ist. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich ein zweites Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist im Spitzboden.

In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein Kühlschrank und ein Herd, über die Veranda geht's zum Badezimmer. Im Sommer ist eine Mitnutzung des direkt angrenzenden Pools möglich; eine große Feuerstelle lädt zum Lagerfeuer ein. Auf Wunsch kann auch Frühstück und/ oder andere Mahlzeiten zusätzlich gebucht werden.

Herzlich Willkommen im Alten Land, dem größten deutschen Obstanbaugebiet mit seinen zahlreichen Obsthöfen. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen, insbesondere Fahrrad fahren durch Apfelplantagen oder zur nahegelegenen Elbe. Zum shopping empfiehlt sich die Hansestadt Hamburg (mit dem Auto ca. 45 min) oder die gemütlichen Städte Stade (20 min) und Buxtehude (12 min). Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
