Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winemaker's home will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children over 12 years old. Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
