Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Selon vos désirs (tourisme, sport, gastronomie, travail, etc...) nous vous renseignerons pour réaliser vos projets. Repas à l'intérieur ou en descendant sur la terrasse qui surplombe le canal. Located in Pontigny in the Yonne, 400 meters from the magnificent Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes by the day for very nice rides in the countryside, forest and vineyards of Chablis. On-site access to dorsal reflexology or sonotherapy (Tibetan bowl).

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

The "La Grenouillère" cottage is a contemporary, wooden, single-family home, with all amenities, which is part of a quality landscaped setting, on the edge of a natural pond. A beautiful terrace overlooks the pond, populated by frogs, where dragonflies constantly flutter around the water plants and water hyacinths. There are no mosquitoes, frogs and pipistrelles take care of that!
