Wine and cheese tasting workshop in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard. Four local wines and four local cheeses will be tasted for a one hour lesson. Come and try local cheeses like : Époisses, Comté, Brillat Savarin,… After this session you will be able to answer to those questions : How to pair cheese and wine ? What are the specialities of Burgundian wines ? What are the different types of wines in Burgundy ? How wine is made ? Small group (less than 8), local guide and wine expert.

Connue au Japon sous le nom de Shinrin Yoku, cette séance de bain en forêt éveillera vos sens et approfondira votre connexion avec la nature en vous guidant à travers une série d'invitations visant à déconnecter votre esprit de votre vie bien occupée et vous connecter à la nature. Cette séance de deux heures est une promenade en pleine conscience dans la nature, afin d’installer votre corps et votre esprit dans un moment suspendu. Pendant la session, vous marcherez calmement et doucement sur de très courtes distances (pas plus de 1 km au total) et participerez à une série d'activités guidées pour faciliter un lien profond avec la nature. Elle commence par une brève introduction à la baignade en forêt. Ensuite, je vous guiderai à travers une pratique de pleine conscience conçue pour vous mettre en contact avec vos sens et le moment présent. Suivi d'une lente balade à travers les arbres, nous remarquerons simplement ce qui se passe autour de nous. Ensuite, nous participerons à une ou deux invitations conçues pour nous aider à redécouvrir notre lien avec la nature. Nous terminons la promenade par une cérémonie du thé et des collations. Entre chaque invitation, nous aurons l'occasion de partager notre expérience (non obligatoire). À la fin de la promenade, vous vous sentirez détendus et rajeunis et aurez un sentiment de gratitude et de respect pour la nature toute entière.

Au milieu des Hautes Côtes de Beaune et des Maranges, Felix vous fait découvrir 6 vins parmi ses domaines préférés accompagnés de grignotis pour sublimer la saveurs des crus dégustés. Circuit très court garanti puisque tous les vins proposés en dégustation sont produits à moins de 20km d'ici (et ils sont pour la plupart vinifiés directement dans notre petit village et bio dès que possible). Felix accompagne chaque découverte oenologique d'une explication détaillée du domaine, du type de cépage, des caractéristiques du vin... en bref toutes les clés pour comprendre le terroir de Bourgogne et découvrir différents vignerons en seul lieu.

I welcome you at l'Œnothèque Dufouleur Frères, located in the park of the Château, where you can park inside for free (bicycle rack and parking for cars). I will introduce you to the production process, while exchanging with you and answering any questions you have about our vine management and winemaking techniques ; the main local grape varieties (Pinot Noir & Chardonnay) ; or the Climats de Bourgogne. We will then settle at the bar or in the tasting room (air-conditioned space), where I will present the 6 wines that have been selected for the tasting. If you wish, you will have the possibility to buy wines on site, by taking them immediately with you and/or by scheduling a shipment to your address (in France or in your country). At the end of the tasting, you can enjoy the park of the Château during opening hours. We have received the following quality labels : - "Vignobles et Découvertes" (national wine tourism label) - "Accueil Vélo" (= national accreditation scheme guaranteeing a high quality of welcome and services for cyclists using French cycle routes) The famous Château du Clos de Vougeot is located only 15 minutes away: come and visit us by bike :)

Treat yourself to total immersion in one of the most illustrious vineyards there is. Your Gentleman Sider will welcome you as a friend according to the true Burgundian tradition and will warmly share his emotions with you. The route starts from Meursault (8 km from Beaune) and crosses prestigious villages such as Puligny-Montrachet or Pommard. Each sidecar carries only two people (1 in the basket and one behind the pilot), which will make this experience unique and unforgettable.

We will start at 11 am, introducing the history of our family business, do not hesitate to ask us questions, we love to share our passion. You will then be immersed in the universe of the truffle, with explanations on the different varieties, the conditions of culture, harvest ... You will then take action by following Julio, our dog specialist truffle on his training ground. You will discover its unique expertise! Once you have finished, you can sit down to enjoy a delicious truffle lunch, cooked on site by Christine and Delphine. We remain at your disposal to discuss our activity and share with you our best recipes.
