Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is located on the second floor of a single-family house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which are the only heating. If you want to be warm, you have to make a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, stove, coffee machine and dishes / pots.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
