Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

A spacious bedroom is depicted with a modern striped bed frame featuring a double bed, dressed in a floral patterned duvet. Light-coloured walls contrast with the dark ceiling beams. Nightstands are positioned on either side, and a small seating area can be seen in the corner.

You have a bedroom with a dresser, a sofa and a small table, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with a stove, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. I locked the 2nd room and the room to store my private belongings. Unfortunately, the oven and washer + dryer are defective. Important: absolute quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 pm, only non-smoking
