Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for another person or couple on request. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Refurbed in 2022 to a high standard Jasmine Cottage is a hidden gem on a quiet lane in the heart of Woodbridge. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

Woodbridge Train Station has a taxi rank, 5 minutes by Taxi or a 20 minute walk from us.
