The spacious veranda (8 x 3 m, absolutely barrier-free), which invites you to enjoy the sunrise and from which you can admire the horses that run past here several times a day, is the highlight of this apartment... The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, you will find with my apartment a place where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.
