The spacious veranda (8 x 3 m), absolutely barrier-free, which invites you to enjoy the sunrise and from which you can admire the horses that run past here several times a day, is the highlight of this apartment. The apartment is completely barrier-free.

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility.
