Bright and beautiful home on 2 floors. The home is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is located in connection with Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fireplace. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the forest and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. Brickworks Museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mill and History Center "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Univers 25 km. Flensborg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km.
