Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented so you will not be sharing ANY space.

Brand New Cozy Cottage

The cozy cottage is an easily accessible house within walking distance to downtown brevard. Also it is riding and jogging distance to the trails at bracken mountain which have been continually growing and go all the way to pisgah forest. Also close is the "lumber arts district" with restaurants, live music, and art stores. There is a bike path to breweries, river swimming holes, and lots of other things to do. The house is cozy and small with a sleeping loft up a spiral staircase.

This cabin is located within a mile to downtown Brevard, yet you feel like you are out in the country. There is a beautiful mountain and pasture view off the back porch and a barn nearby. There is a house on either side, but there are fences in between for privacy. Sit on the back porch and watch the Scottish Highland cattle graze while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This property is on a working farm, so you may see farm equipment around the property.
