Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance.

Open and cozy private studio apartment, walking distance to Downtown Franklin. Less than a mile to the square with sidewalks across the street. Built in 2018, it is completely separate from our main house. Keyless entry, 50" TV, Keurig, coffee and water provided. High Speed Internet. Come and enjoy the small town feel of Historic Franklin Tennessee. We also have Ford Bronco available through TURO. Uber from the airport and enjoy!
