The house Wartaweil is located in the middle of the countryside with a unique view over the beautiful Kellersee. The spacious complex invites you to relax on the balcony, barbecue on the terrace or play on the large lawn. Here, peace and comfort are combined. Regardless of the weather, you can also spend time in the house with the foosball table, in the home theater or on the cozy couch. In the immediate vicinity there are swimming and water sports as well as excursion destinations for all ages.

You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
