You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The Gatehouse (Torhaus) in Kletkamp was built in 1775 and, along with the many other gatehouses in Schleswig-Holstein, is one of the most beautiful in the country. In addition to the generous living space of 200 m², the half of the house on the waterfront offers a wonderful view of the oldest manor house in the country. The nearest beach is only 11 km from the accommodation and offers bathing fun as well as cozy restaurants with Nordic dishes.
