Small apartment with bathroom for 1-2 people

My place is in Dortmund Wickede, and is located on the city border to Unna. The connection to road and public transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn, BvB Stadion) is very good and can be reached within 2-3 minutes. The distance to the city center of Dortmund is 12 km, with the S-Bahn S4 to the Stadthaus stop in 12 minutes. In Wickede there are shops, restaurants and opportunities for breakfast. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers. Since the bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, is under a sloping roof, it is narrower for two people than in a freestanding bed (see photos).

Cozy, small, self-contained apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house. Quiet location at the spa park, not far from the Lindenplatzklinik and Klinik Wiesengrund. The graduation wall and thermal bath are within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Excursions to the rural surroundings are possible on foot or by bike on signposted cycling and hiking trails. The city of Soest is 6 km away and can be reached by bus and train. The Möhnetalsperre can be explored by bike.

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed and a TV. Opposite in the kitchen is, among other things, a brand new coffee machine. Access to the beautiful large balcony is from the kitchen. In the modern bathroom there is a shower with toilet and sink and window. In the hallway there is a large mirror, a chest of drawers and storage room. In the bedroom a double bed, cabinet, wardrobe and a fold-out mattress for a 4th person. Lots of books and games for rainy days.

MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. In addition to the Maxi Park and the glass elephant, there is much more to discover in Hamm.
