The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Relaxation in the middle of the forest at Dörnbergs, ideal location for quiet and relaxing days in nature, convenient starting point for hikes, located directly on the Habichtswaldsteig and the Habichtswald Nature Park. The apt. is located in Bovenden, has a separate entrance via the terrace and is fully equipped with everything necessary to accomodate 2-4 people. The bedroom has 2 single beds and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The city center of Göttingen and the railway station are reached within 15 minutes by bus. Unfortunately the apt. is not suited for wheelchairs as there is a stairway leading to the entrance. Also smoking inside and pets are not allowed here. We look forward to your stay!

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!
