Rustic Cabin is a micro apartment connected to our farmhouse. The kitchen and living-room are in the same space where you have two beds, a sleeping sofa and a wonderful view of the sunset or the northern lights - if you're lucky. And then there is a nice private bathroom. Steinnes is a farm located in picturesque Icelandic scenery with a beautiful view of mountains and the river running by. It lies 15 minutes (by car) south of Blönduós and 2 km from the main road.

“This was an excellent place to stay on our first visit to Iceland, the cabin is clean has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The cabin has excellent heating and was great for our October stay when there was a lot of snow and temps down to -9°C. The hosts are are great responded very quickly to any questions we had and even gave us some of their home baked cakes when we returned the key at the end of our stay.”
