Tom Dooley’s Hideout is located at the Gateway to the hill country, just minutes west of Dripping Springs off of hwy 290. It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon thats great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening.

Its location is very quiet and secluded. Go for a walk down the hiking trails where you may see deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, roadrunners, rabbits, grey foxes, lizards, butterflies.... Relax with your favorite beverage on the covered front porch where you can see amazing sunsets and the stars at night.

The 16 x 20 main room has a queen size bed, Roku TV, poker table, and efficiency kitchen area that includes a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, and double sink. The bunkhouse is a rustic, elegant cabin outside Blanco toward San Marcos. It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!
