Recently updated and located within walking distance of the Blanco River, you can walk to the park, river or the Blanco town square within minutes. The best part of this bungalow is the extensive covered patio. The house is best suited for 6 adults and 2 kids.

There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
