The Stieringer farm = Arrival. Secluded location in the middle of nature. Beautifully renovated, romantic and peaceful - a break from everyday life. The property, with an area of 11,000 square meters, is easily accessible in the front of the Odenwald. The A5 motorway near Weinheim can be reached in 10 minutes. From there, it is 20 minutes to Mannheim, 20 minutes to Heidelberg and about 40 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. Good shopping is available in Birkenau, 4.5 km away; restaurants are plentiful in the vicinity.

Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the hours of sunshine) in the garden can also be used.

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
