I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

This apartment is located in a family-friendly residential area. Right in front of the house there are playgrounds. Free parking is sufficiently available on the roadside. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The key handover is flexible depending on the arrival time. The kitchen invites you to cook – coffee, tea and spices are available. Two children's travel cots and a thick, smaller mattress with matching children's bed linen are available.

Relax here in this stylish and quietly located place. Designed with a lot of love for detail and high-quality furnishings, we have made the accommodation something special for you. There is about 80 square meters of living space with a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the front Odenwald. Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.

Pretty guest apartment below the vineyards

This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideal as a starting point for hikes or Montain bike rides to the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and an adjoining large bathroom with shower and bathtub. For relaxing, the large terrace facing back serves as a view of the countryside. This apartment is in the same house as the "Pretty guest room with bathroom/kitchen".
