Our loving apartment for 2-4 people is in a quiet residential area, right on the edge of the forest. The 3-room apartment includes a balcony, as well as a parking space. Bicycles can be adjusted. Despite the quiet location in the southern heath, our location offers a comfortable starting point for sports and leisure activities. Culture and history enthusiasts will find plenty of excursion opportunities in the area. And of course, nature lovers will get their money's worth with us in the heath.

Domicile for relaxation

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

During your stay, you're the only users. There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and you can put your belongings in a wardrobe. A super nice 40 sqm non-smoking apartment is waiting for you. Everything is freshly renovated. The fine historical character has been wonderfully preserved.
