In the immediate vicinity (500 m) is the Hadelner Canal. As it is a very rural region, far away from all industry, you can leave all the noise and hustle and bustle behind here. Cuxhaven is about 20 minutes by car from Kehdingbruch. Otterndorf/Elbe 8 minutes by car.

A fully equipped new kitchen, as well as games and books for young and old are part of the inventory. The Soletherme with sauna paradise is within walking distance and worth a visit. It is about 2.5 km to the beach and play barn. Restaurants and bakers are very close to the cottage.

It is located in Neufelderkoog directly on the North Sea coast about 20 minutes from Brunsbüttel and 10 minutes from Marne. It is located in a secluded location in the tranquility of the marsh. The lake dyke is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take a walk. Neufelder harbor is also just a few minutes away.

The historic villa, built in 1909, showcases a red brick facade with decorative white accents. Three gabled roofs feature finials, and multiple windows allow abundant natural light. A lush hedge of flowering shrubs borders the property, enhancing the building's charm against a clear blue sky.
