Sweet and welcoming studio apartment

Clean. Safe. Lovely. Convenient. Studio apartment in our W. Asheville renovated daylight basement. We love hosting families and are pet-friendly. Great neighborhood for walking, 10 minutes to beautiful downtown, a couple minutes to trendy restaurants, & 5 minutes to major highways. Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens, and (shared) fenced yard with trampoline.

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

Our cozy country home was specially set up to be a vacation home. We have two bedrooms w/2 queen beds, one bath, kitchen, dining room. The entire home is yours! We offer a very reasonable price. You can hear the relaxing sound of the creek from your bedrooms. We have a fire pit in the back of the house next to the creek for you to enjoy the evening! It is easy to access. We are located in West Asheville. It's not too far from everything groceries, restaurants, Outlet Mall.
