The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is located close to the historic Nikolaihof in the southern part of the village, about 20 minutes by bike from Lüneburg. It is about 5 km to the city center of Lüneburg. Two bikes are available for guests. A bus stop to Lüneburg and the surrounding area is very close.

Located in the Ochtmissen district, 2 kilometers from the old town of Lüneburg, which is easily accessible by car or bicycle, but also by bus. Supermarkets are 1-2 kilometers away. Opposite, a forest with a small game reserve invites you to take a walk. The one-room apartment (26 m²) is accessed through a separate entrance. In it, 2 guests (possibly + 1 child by arrangement) enough space.
